Mr. Belay Namaga has more than 20 years of remarkable experience in different capacities from Assistant Judge, Judge up to Director in ECX Authority, First Instant Court and now Director in Debub Global Bank. He has LLB in Law from Addis Ababa University on July 9, 1999.
