With sixteen years of comprehensive banking experience, Tesfaye brings to Debub Global Bank a strategic and collaborative leadership approach through effective strategizing and process improvements.  His current position at Debub Global Bank S.C. is A/President with prior experience at Zemen, Abyssinia, National Bank of Ethiopia and United Bank. He worked in different capacities from Junior Loan Officer to his recent post Vice President Operations. He has also rich academic qualifications with major specialization in business related fields including Economics (BA), Accounting (a Chartered Accountant-UK), Management (BA), Business Administration (MBA) and Business Leadership (PHD). He is also Alumni at the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute after finalizing the course African Political Economy – The African Economic Challenge.
